Shipping & Returns


Our printing supplier ships to most countries. All of our items are printed to order, especially for you. This is to ensure we create no waste by creating a terrible design nobody likes and having to donate preprinted t-shirts to landfill. 

Orders are being printed and sent out from our printing fulfillment centres located in globally. Your order will be fulfilled from the nearest print centre to your shipping location.

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. Don't be surprised if you only received one part of your order as some items may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability, so will have different delivery times. 

It can take on average between 2-4 weeks for the purchased items to reach your doorstep depending on where you are based, and potentially longer due to delays out of our control. This is because each item is custom made, then shipped. 

Customers outside of North America and Europe can expect longer shipping times. What we can promise is that you will do our best to get you your item, but with no guarantees on timeline for fulfillment, shipping and delivery. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). 

If the shipping address was correct, contact us noting your order number. Make sure to contact us within 30 days of your purchase, after that time we won't be able to help you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Duties - The prices we quote do not include any import/customs duties and tax charges applicable to your order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND/OR DUTIES & TAXES APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER. You are personally responsible for paying these fees upon receipt or delivery of the order and are all dependent on the country you live in.

Order Not Received - Any issues with your order must be brought up within 4 weeks after your order was made.  Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask about your order. If that is unsuccessful, wait a couple of days, ask your neighbours, as sometimes parcels can be wrongly delivered by postal workers.


All sales are final, however defected items will be honoured up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

Order Changes - Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. We hope to be able to accommodate changes in the future… 

Buyer’s Remorse - At this time we can only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse. Sadly we also cannot make exchanges for size exchanges as products are printed to order. Please read the site carefully to order the correct size. Should you end up with a wrong sized shirt - find a little friendly monster in your circle and gift them a new shirt! Please send us an email letting us know and we will send you something fun by email !
